How to Request Deletion

If you want tarotto.io to delete personal data connected to your website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, tarot, astrology, or SBTI interactions, please send a deletion request to:

What to Include

• Your email address or contact method used on tarotto.io.
• Your Facebook name or page-scoped Messenger ID, if the request relates to Messenger.
• The feature you used, such as Messenger, WhatsApp, tarot reading request, SBTI, or website form.
• A short confirmation that you want your related personal data deleted.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data reasonably associated with your request, including contact details, submitted messages, reading request details, and Messenger-related identifiers stored by tarotto.io.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to identify your data, we will contact you using the email address or account you provided.

Data We May Keep

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.

Facebook App Users

If you used a tarotto.io Facebook or Messenger app, this page is the public data deletion instructions URL for that app. You may also remove the app from your Facebook settings. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically notify tarotto.io, so please email us if you want us to delete records stored on our side.
