The Three of Pentacles is collaboration where the skills are genuinely different and all of them are needed. The person who can build it cannot design it; the person funding it cannot do either. It appears at the stage of a project where competence has been demonstrated and the work becomes shared. Its practical instruction is to show the work early. The craftsman is on a bench mid-build, being consulted, not presenting a finished thing for approval. Feedback at this point is cheap and at the end it is a rebuild.
